PAyMENT POLICY
All sessions are payable at the time of service. We accept a range of convenient payment methods and a receipt will be provided for each transaction.
Insurance & Reimbursement
We are able to support families who wish to claim through their health insurance through a pay-and-claim service.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • We encourage families to review their insurance coverage in advance to ensure that the requested services are eligible for reimbursement. Referrals may need to be obtained from your Physician, Paediatrician or an appropriate Developmental Specialist. We will be able to provide you with the necessary documentation (including invoices and clinical reports) to submit your claim. Coverage and reimbursement are dependent on your individual insurance policy.
  • We recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to confirm eligibility, required documentation and claim procedures.
  • Any shortfall between the session fee and the reimbursed amount remains the responsibility of the parent or caregiver.
